Independent AVON Representative
Join AVON as a self-employed Independent Avon Representative and sell AVON products to customers.
Coordinator Level
Your Advanced Leadership journey will begin at Coordinator Level, where you will teach your new recruits how to start their AVON careers.
Leader Level
At Leader Level, you will coach your team in starting up and developing their own businesses.
Executive Leader Level
Executive Leader Level is for ambitious entrepreneurs to identify, manage, develop and inspire a large network of Sales Leaders.
How the process works
You will be recruited by Dawn’s Dream Team as an Independent AVON Representative and given basic training. Once you place your first order with AVON, one of the team will contact you again to talk you through the basic training to become an Independent AVON Sales Leader and recruit and build your own team of AVON Representatives. There are loads of different ways to find new Avon Representatives, such as flyers, shop ads, coffee mornings, recruitment stands, newspaper ads, shopping centres, door to door, social networking, online advertising and more. The growth of your business is based on generating, meeting and recruiting men and women as Independent AVON Sales Representatives via video calls or in their homes. These meetings will take around 10 to 45 minutes.
You will have access to the Dream Team Zone training hub on this website for all your Leadership training and support needs, the latest news, beauty industry and product information as well as top selling tips and loads of inspiring ideas to help you to develop your business.
How much can I earn with AVON?
You will have the opportunity to earn up to £16,000 as part of the Fast Track programme to help Sales Leaders in their first year of business. How much you earn depends on you and how much work you put into Avon Sales Leadership. The more you put in to your business the more you will get out. As your team grows, so will your commission.
